Florence was the Head of Projects of Midway Asia, Merlin Entertainments which is one of the world’s largest attraction operators. Her role was to direct and oversee all new developments and renovations in Asia, delivering compelling, immersive and innovative products for millions of guests.
For the projects under the Madame Tussauds brand, Florence worked closely together with the regional marketing team and exhibition designer to develop an innovative product which reflects the spirit of the city, making the guests feel like the star of a story, immersing themselves in a famous fun entertainment world via interactivity.
The music zone redevelopment was part of the 5-year capex product development plan. The aim was to upgrade the zone with most relevant and current city theme, integrate latest multi-media technology alongside with the trendiest celebrity wax figures to create an alive fame memorable experience for all.
